Easy Schedule Maker is an employee management tool that allows you to manage your employees' shifts, vacations, leaves, etc. The program allows you to separate your staff into groups, specifying in each of them the employees number and shifts of each employee. You can also view a list of all the employees, including personal information like names, addresss, phones, groups, and any notes that you have added. You can also set as many shift types as you want and assign a specific color for easy identification in the table, an abbreviation, and of course, start and end date, and assigned break. In addition to this, you can also specify leave types such as vacation, sickness, family leave, etc., also choosing an abbreviation and specific color for each of them. All the information you enter for each business day will be shown in a table in the main window. The program will allow you to select the width of the day column, select weekday colors, choose how to sort employees (alphabetically, by group, by employee number, etc.), select screen font, and set many other customization options. In addition to this, the program allows you to generate an extensive list of printable reports that will help you have everything organized on paper.
Fortunately, the user interface is really easy to use, although not very attractive. In short, Easy Schedule Maker is a simple but very complete management solution for small businesses that will surely satisfy all your main staff management needs.
